During your trial you can:

- Use up to 3 shared email addresses
- Try all features, including ๐ premium features
- Access everything with no restrictions on conversations or usage
Trial Expiry Warnings
Jelly sends email reminders as your trial approaches its end:
- 7 days before expiry
- 3 days before expiry
- 1 day before expiry
- When your trial expires
These reminders include a link to subscribe so you can keep using Jelly without interruption.
What Happens When Your Trial Expires
If your trial ends without subscribing:
- Your account becomes read-only โ you can still sign in and view existing conversations, but you won’t be able to send new replies
- New incoming messages may be hidden until you subscribe
- Your data is kept safe for 30 days after expiry, giving you time to decide
If you don’t subscribe within the 30-day grace period, your account and its data will be scheduled for deletion.
Subscribing
You can subscribe at any time during or after your trial from the Billing & Plan page in your account settings. Once you subscribe:
- All features are restored immediately
- Any messages that arrived during the gap become visible
- Your team can get right back to work
There’s no penalty for letting your trial expire before subscribing โ your data is preserved during the grace period and everything picks up where you left off.
