Only account owners can manage billing and subscriptions.
Plans
Jelly offers two plans:
Jelly
The standard plan includes everything most teams need:
- Unlimited users
- Unlimited conversations
- Shared team email addresses
- Inbox collaboration (assignment, comments, activity)
- Rules, autoresponder, and saved replies
- Support from real humans
Royal Jelly
The premium plan includes everything in Jelly, plus:
- ๐ Send Later โ Schedule messages to be sent at a specific time
- ๐ IMAP Sent Mail Sync โ Keep sent mail in sync with your email provider
- ๐ Webhooks โ Integrate Jelly with external services
- ๐ Slack Integration โ Manage conversations from Slack
- ๐ Discord Integration โ Connect Jelly with Discord
Both plans are available with monthly or yearly billing. Yearly plans include a discount.
Additional Teams
Your first team is included in your plan price. If you need more than one team, you can add additional teams for a per-team fee:
- $15/month per additional team on monthly billing
- $150/year per additional team on yearly billing
Additional team charges are prorated โ when you create a new team mid-cycle, you’re only charged for the remaining time in the current billing period. If you remove a team, the charge is adjusted on your next invoice.
If you switch between monthly and yearly billing, your additional team charges will switch to match your new billing interval.

Changing Your Plan
You can upgrade or downgrade between plans at any time from the Billing & Plan page. When you upgrade, you’ll get immediate access to the new plan’s features. When you downgrade, you’ll keep access to your current plan’s features until the end of your billing period.
Payment
Jelly accepts credit card payments via Stripe. You can update your payment method at any time from the Billing & Plan page.
You can also set a separate billing address if your invoices need to go to a specific address.
Invoices
All past charges and invoices are available on the Billing & Plan page. You can view and download PDF receipts for each charge.
Cancelling Your Subscription
If you need to cancel, you can do so from the Billing & Plan page. When you cancel:
- Your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period
- You keep full access to all features until then
- During this grace period, you can resume your subscription if you change your mind
After the billing period ends, your account will no longer have an active subscription and access will be restricted.
