We share data with companies for the purpose of providing and supporting your Jelly service. We do due dilligence that these companies are taking steps to safeguard any data shared with them and, whenever possible, we limit the type and quantity of information being shared.
Subprocessors
We rely on these services to make Jelly work:
- Amazon Web Services — Cloud storage provider
- Papertrail — Application log management
- Postmark — Email delivery service
- Render — Cloud infrastructure hosting
- Sentry — Error reporting software
- Stripe — Payment processing services
Additional Services
These services are not considered subprocessors, but we sometimes use them to share pertinent account details in order to support your service. This information is generally (though not strictly) limited to things that can help us identify your Jelly account.
- Basecamp — Project management tool
- Github — Issue tracking and source code hosting
- Google Workspace — Email and documents provider
- Slack — Internal communication tool
