We want Jelly to work for teams of all types, regadless of where they’re located. That’s why we’ve taken extra steps to ensure that teams outside the United States can meet their obligations under GDPR when transfering data to the US.
- Jelly has added a data processing addendum into our terms of service that incorporate the Standard Contractual Clauses.
https://letsjelly.com/policies/dpa - We process your customer and end user data per your instructions. If you decide to end our agreement and stop using Jelly, we will delete your customer/end user information.
- We have implemented technical and organizational measures to protect the data you trust us with.
- We would inform you without delay in the event of a data breach.
- We have provided a list of our sub-processors and offer the opportunity to object if we consider additional subprocessors necessary..
- We have a process to assist you in complying with requests for access, amendment or deletion that you may get from your customers or end users (see below).
If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us at privacy@letsjelly.com
