How the Inbox Works

Snoozing conversations

Sometimes you need to temporarily hide a conversation until later. Snoozing removes it from your inbox until:

  • The snooze time expires
  • A customer replies to the conversation
  • You manually unsnooze it

Common snooze options:

  • Later today (returns in 3 hours)
  • Tomorrow morning
  • Next week
  • Custom date and time

Snoozed conversations appear in the Snoozed section (accessible from the sidebar) with a clock icon showing when they’ll return.
