Snoozing conversations
Sometimes you need to temporarily hide a conversation until later. Snoozing removes it from your inbox until:
- The snooze time expires
- A customer replies to the conversation
- You manually unsnooze it
Common snooze options:
- Later today (returns in 3 hours)
- Tomorrow morning
- Next week
- Custom date and time
Snoozed conversations appear in the Snoozed section (accessible from the sidebar) with a clock icon showing when they’ll return.
