Why one flat rate instead of per-user?

When we started looking at shared inboxes for our own team, we were shocked at how expensive they’d be for 6 people. For small teams, charging per-user can often mean only some people get invited to join, and information gets siloed to a select few.

We’re not in the business of selling seats; we’re in the business of making email better for small teams. We believe it’s better when your whole team is present and you’re all on the same page. That’s why with Jelly, everyone’s invited.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! There’s actually two levels of free: All new Jelly accounts start out in our free Taste mode, where you can try everything we have to offer, minus a few limits on sending. When you’re ready to remove the limits on sending, you’ll start a paid subscription which itself comes with a 14-day free trial.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! When you pay for a year of Jelly up front, you’ll get a discount depending on the plan you choose: 1 month free for Jelly, 2 months free for Royal Jelly. We also offer discounts upon request for registered nonprofits and other small teams that qualify. Get in touch if you think your team would qualify for a discount.

Does Jelly work with Gmail or Outlook?

Yes! If your shared address is at a domain you own (e.g. @your-team.com), you can set up Jelly to send email from that address, regardless of whether your email provider is Gmail or Outlook or anything else (though we do have first-class support for connecting to Gmail). That said, if your shared address is at a public provider domain (like @gmail.com or @outlook.com), it’s a bit more complicated. You can read more here.

We are Good Enough, a group of six simple humans who just wanted a simple way to do emails together. We’ve made some other good enough apps we think you should try too, like Album Whale, Letterbird, Pika, and Yay.Boo!
